This is where you call on our services to identify and address specific problems your business is facing. We can support end to end with a piece of work, including managing the project itself or you can be more selective about how and where you use our Collective expertise. Our Pay As You Go model means that you only pay for our time when you actually want it. Most importantly, we will work with your existing team to build their knowledge and expertise, meaning they develop their skills and are
better prepared to recognise and address challenges in the future.

Our fees relate to the size of the project and tasks that you ask us to help with. Through our Pay As You Go model we will provide a menu of costs relating to levels of required support that allows you to fix and control your budget.

1-2-1 support

This is a highly cost-effective way of accessing specialist skills as and when required, meaning you don’t need to spend on hiring permanent resource. Our Collective is extensive, from finance, to business development, to HR, 1-2-1 support is an ideal way to add expertise into your existing team to improve business performance.

You choose either by the day or half day according to your requirements with our support provided either remotely online or face-to-face.

Board advisor & Non-executive

Working alongside your senior leadership team, you utilise our board level experience to guide, challenge and support you at a strategic level. Areas of expertise include commercial strategy, business planning and execution and culture and change management programmes.

Through our Pay As You Go model we can support you with a day or half day rate, monthly or bimonthly to align with your board meeting schedule on a one year rolling basis.
