Having held senior roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance (Head of Global Brand Partnerships) and Fiskars (Communications Director EMEA) she is now an ICF credentialed Executive Leadership Coach working with a range of clients from diverse sectors such as hospitality, digital marketing and retail.

We help your team to learn about themselves, their strengths and the areas that they need to develop. In a confidential coaching environment, they are encouraged to practice new tools and techniques on live business examples, until they master their new skills and embed them as sustainable changes to the way that they work.

Group Coaching

This brings together up to 8 peers to be coached as a collective.  Normally full day sessions, we use a blend of group and individual discussions to support development and measure progress against personal objectives.

Approaching the programme as a group is a highly effective way of breaking down internal barriers and helping individuals understand that the challenges they face are not unique.  Group Coaching is often used to compliment business wide change programmes and is a very cost-effective method that is ideal for organisations wanting to embed a coaching mindset across their leadership population.

1-2-1 Coaching

Doing exactly what it says on the tin, this method brings a coach and individual together for regular sessions of up to 2 hours at a time.  1-2-1 meetings allow for more in-depth exploration and discussion of specific challenges in a highly confidential format, meaning clients are able to very quickly share and address their personal development objectives.

Offering a rapid return on investment, 1-2-1 coaching is an ideal way to accelerate the performance of key individuals in senior leadership roles as well as those who are required to lead teams through a sustained period of transformational change such as accelerated growth or performance turnaround.

In the moment Coaching

Created to meet the demands of todays rapidly changing environment, In The Moment Coaching offers immediate support to address specific challenges as and when they happen.

Purposefully designed to be less in depth than Group or 1-2-1 Coaching, it is accessible through a series of 30 to 40 minute phone or online conversations, where the coach offers support to find a way forward and navigate towards solutions.  Working in this way can address situations at the time they occur and can prevent them from becoming more significant challenges over time.  It is most commonly used to support those in rapidly changing and stressful work situations but is also be used as a form of continuing development support for those who have previously received Group or 1-2-1 coaching.
